This Refund Policy outlines the terms regarding payments and refunds for the Voicemize platform (the “Service”), an AI-powered application that transforms spoken conversations into clear, structured, and actionable information. By subscribing to any paid plan, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
All payments made for Voicemize subscription plans are final and non-refundable. Once a payment has been successfully processed, no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.
Refunds will not be provided for any of the following:
4.1 Voicemize may offer a free trial period for new Organizations. The trial allows you to evaluate the Service before committing to a paid plan.
4.2 No payment is required during the trial period. At the end of the trial, your access will expire unless you subscribe to a paid plan.
4.3 We strongly encourage you to take full advantage of the free trial to determine whether the Service meets your needs before making a purchase.
5.1 Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the billing cycle you selected (monthly or yearly).
5.2 If auto-renewal is enabled, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period, and your payment method will be charged accordingly.

6.1 You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Service.
6.2 Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service and its features until the end of your current billing period.
6.3 No refund, credit, or pro-rated amount will be issued for the remaining time in the billing cycle after cancellation.
7.1 If you upgrade your subscription plan, the new plan's pricing takes effect immediately or at the start of the next billing cycle, depending on the billing arrangement.
7.2 If you downgrade your subscription plan, the change takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No refund or credit will be issued for the difference in plan pricing for the current cycle.
8.1 If a payment fails, we may reattempt the charge or notify you to update your payment method.
8.2 If the payment issue is not resolved within a reasonable period, your subscription may be suspended, downgraded, or cancelled.
8.3 No refund will be issued for periods during which your subscription was suspended due to a payment failure.
9.1 In rare cases, we may consider exceptions to this Refund Policy at our sole discretion. Such exceptions may include:

9.3 We reserve the right to approve or deny any exception request at our sole discretion. Approval of one exception does not entitle you to future exceptions.
10.1 If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider instead of contacting us directly, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate your account and all associated Organization accounts.
10.2 We encourage you to contact us first at voicemize@gmail.com to resolve any billing concerns before pursuing a chargeback.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Refund Policy.
